  • Loud music complaints in the parks have increased.  Per City Ordinance, amplified and/or projected sound is Not Permitted in Raytown Park shelters for any reason including church services.   Since many park shelters are located in residential neighborhoods, this policy is strictly enforced to preserve the peace and quiet for park neighbors.  Violators will forfeit future rental privileges.

  • Alcoholic beverages are permitted in park shelters in cans only. No glass containers.
  • We take great care to ensure that the facility is clean and ready for your event.  However, we cannot guarantee the facility will be clean when you arrive.  It pays to come prepared with a few extra trash bags, toilet paper, sponges, etc. just in case.  Water and electricity are available at some facilities, but are not guaranteed.
  • ALL CARS, TRUCKS, TRAILERS, ATV'S, GO-KARTS, GRILLS, SMOKERS, ETC. ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN PARKING LOTS, NOT ON GRASS OR WALKWAYS..
  • Refunds - the Green Reservation Card will need to be returned to Park office prior to refund and at least 7 calendar days prior to your reservation date.  Refunds are NOT given for inclement weather.  There is a $5 administrative fee for refunds.
  • Please help keep our parks clean and place all trash in the containers provided.
  • The reserving party will be held responsible for any destruction of park property.
  • All signs, banners and/or any decorations erected relating to the event must be removed at the end of your event.
  • No motorized vehicles are permitted in grass areas.
  • Please observe posted park rules posted at park entrances.
  • Failure to comply with City Ordinances could lead to ejection and loss of future park privileges.
