36th Annual Arbor Day Celebration - 2026
The Raytown Parks Department in coordination with the Missouri Conservation Department would like to invite you to attend the 36th Annual Tree Planting, at Raytown City Hall, 10000 E. 59th Street on Wednesday, April 8th 10 am.

6th Annual Get Outdoors Day - 2026

Live animals, fishing, food trucks, outdoor activities, Smokey Bear, birding, and so much more! All for FREE!! This event is brought to you by the Raytown Parks & Recreation Department and the Missouri Department of Conservation. Join us at Kenagy Park from 10:00am to 3:00pm on May 2nd for a day full of exciting outdoor activities!

49th Annual Fishing Derby - 2026

The Raytown Parks Department will host the 49th annual Fishing Derby on June 6th at Kenagy Lake from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. The derby is free and open to Raytown Residents of all ages.  Registration for the derby will begin at 8 am the day of.  Thanks to Sol Pro Bass Club for their volunteers helping out the kids that day.

Raytown Live - 2026

Raytown Live is a family-friendly concert on the Town Center Greenspace In Downtown (10009 E. 62nd St.) and each month we'll be presenting a different musical act from 7 to 9 pm.  We invite you to bring blankets or lawn chairs, your favorite family picnic dinner - or grab a dinner from one of the on-site food vendors - and join folks from all over Raytown to kick back, enjoy the tunes, and get to know your neighbors.  For more information, please click here.

Festival of the Trails - 2026

This is a FREE event at the Rice-Tremonti Home open to all ages. Join us September 12, 2026, for Raytown's Festival of the Trails! The Raytown Chamber, Cave Springs, Raytown Parks & Rec, Raytown Historical Society & Museum and the Rice-Tremonti Home along with other organizations will commemorate the 205th anniversary of the Santa Fe Trail and the statehood of Missouri. Information will be updated on the Raytown Festival of Trails Facebook page, so stay tuned.
